The architects from Carrilho da Graca reinterpreted the familiar Portuguese balconies and designed the building with continuous balcony bands. The calm atmosphere of the modern, shared atrium is in stark contrast to the busy street life, and the penthouse flat provides complete seclusion from the urban bustle.
The flat overlooks Lisbon and the River Tagus. Thanks to the large panorama windows, the view can be enjoyed from all the main rooms. Light pours deep into the flat, broken up by gauzy curtains that frame the interior in combination with the white walls.
The modern photo art and classic furniture make a beautiful statement in the all-white space, where minimalism and personality go hand in hand. The light-coloured Dinesen oak flooring creates a warm, calm atmosphere and ties the rooms together in a harmonious expression. The rational and minimalist kitchen has a functional and practical layout, and like the bedroom, it is characterized by a light, simple style that promotes focused clarity and relaxation.
From the top floor, there is access to the building’s swimming pool, which has views of the city’s roofscape.
